Our olive oil comes from a cooperative of over 300 small farms located in Oliena, Sardinia, one of the world’s few Blue Zones. The region’s climate and soil are ideal for growing high-quality Bosana olives.

While all of our farmers use traditional, sustainable farming methods similar to organic practices, the oil is not formally certified organic, but we're working on it.
